Middle class hotel situated very close to the federal Secretariat. It offers excellent lodgings for businesses in the central business district. It has a conference hall that takes care of seminars, symposia, meetings, workshops and wedding receptions. The restaurant is fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs while the well stocked bar offers great choice of drinks and cocktail.

We were referred by a long time customer, good parking area, easy to locate but check which of the hotels you are going to as there are two location almost next to each other (Old and New). Check in was smooth and the room rates were reasonable, although we paid a discount to what was shown on the rate card, so do ask for a discount if you are a walk in customer. Room service meals were handled promptly, cost for the meal was within the expected average price for hotel restaurants around that area. The room itself was well laid out and neat. Just a regular Abuja hotel!

A middle class hotel that offers quality services from courteous staff members. They offers decent accommodation, gym services restaurant, meeting hall, bar, business centre and any other thing a standard hotel offers. However, their Wi-Fi is not always on point.

Top rank is one of the cheapest hotel I’ve ever used. There’re 2 two hotels exactly opposite each other. There’re rates are the best available for that standard of hotel. Room service is fast. Tip. They have the best meat pie in the whole of Abuja. And can accommodate up to 50 guests at a time.

Very poor and horrible service experience. Bedsheets were stained. No toiletries in the bathroom. No towels. All furniture in the room were dirty and dusty. The centre table in the room was stained with drinks, and not cleaned. I called for it to be cleaned, it was left the same way. I decided to clean it myself by just sprinkling water and using a tissue paper to wipe and it was clean. Lack of attention to detail. Ordered breakfast which was never served. Room service order-taker Sunday was extremely rude and insulting on the phone. No senior management to report poor and horrible service to. I would never stay in this Top Rank Hotel again. The experience was not worth the money paid for the room.

Noise level at the bar close to the reception is usually high as if one is in a motor park. Bar man has lost control over this and likewise the receptionist. No internet facility available. Cafeteria services are on the average. Security control is questionable? Amb.

Os quartos são bastante antigos, a cama é desconfortável, o acesso à internet era deficiente no quarto onde fui alojado e na casa de banho não havia água quente disponível, e água tinha pouca pressão. O serviço de pequeno almoço funciona de forma deficiente. No geral não gostei da experiência passada nesse hotel e não recomendaria a ninguém.
