This is the largest stadium in Nigeria with a capacity of 60,491. The ultra-modern sports complex cost about $360 million and was opened in 2003 ahead of the 8th All Africa Games. It is among the world’s 50 most expensive stadiums. Aside the main bowl, there are other smaller pitches, courts, pool, and so much more. Parking is not a problem. Maintenance is however not at its peak. Safety and security is well considered and access road is very good. There’s a fair amount of wheelchair accessibility too.

This is review is for the package B National stadium around games village Abuja. At this location, you have lawn tennis, gymnastics, swimming, volleyball, basketball, badminton, hockey and some admin offices. There are always trainers on ground ready to assist. And you can get on from five hundred Naira (NGN 500). You don’t need to pay to use the facilities but you have to have your instruments.
