Today, I Olaniyi Akinloye give credits to the management of Ufitfly. Let me quickly share my experience with others. Their management was able to resolve conflict with high sense of maturity. Myself and my boss visited to complain of an issued ticket that he needs to change the date and the staff did not inform the Head of Operations on time thereby remarking his flight as "No Show" asking him to pay 147,000 for rebooking instead of (35,000 - 50,000). A management staff stepped in, accepted their part of the blame and asked that the cost of booking a new one be shared by the two. Based on this reason, I personally recommend Ufitfly as a very good, trustworthy and honest travel agency.

I give Ufitfly 99% on this trip to Israel. They are well organised. Moreso the man that led us in person of Mr Femi Emmanuel is calm, matured and godly. I would have give them 100% but because nobody is perfect except God. Beautiful hotels, air-condition buses, timely meals, listening ears and many more.
