The staffers are good and well mannered ready to do their work. The restaurant section also have good array of mouth watery food which can best be described as very good. However their should be an upgrade in the quality of service. The company needs to move from being a localised entity and seek to compete globally. The internal environment needs a facelift to ensure a serene atmosphere otherwise the heat may cause loss of shopping experience
