Adis is located in a serene environment with good security. Their rooms and suites are affordable and they have good customer service. They have spacious rooms, and nice setting for the suite. Their bathrooms are well spaced too. They also have room compliments. Great hotel services, such as laundry and they have a buffet package. Their food menu is quite healthy and full of variety. Few improvements should be made regardless. It is a nice and lowkey hotel.

I enjoyed my time here. The hotel is so home it feels like an extension of the home. Was here to watch the 1st episode of Game of Thrones #GOT S8. It was amazing to be in a meeting room with friends watching your favourite show that aired a day before. Warm reception by staff. It was amazing to meet the patron and patroness. Happy times here.

I could easily say one of the best hotels in Ibadan, located in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. The staff are receptive and go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. Their menu has variety from local delicacies to intercontinental dishes. Their steaks though could be more juicier and tender. One is assured of regular power supply during their stay. And remember if paying with a foreign card, there is a surcharge of 3% of the total bill.

As a person based in the US, I always look for clean, comfortable hotels that are well maintenanced up by the owner. I was surprised to find such a gem hidden in the area. It is very very clean, the property is attended to well, and the staff clean rooms thoroughly. They even iron the wrinkles out of the bed sheets after they make the bed! It was a pristine environment, The kitchen consistently served great food as well. The staff were extremely polite and respectful and helpful. They gave me receipts for everything which is I really liked. The owner comes around often to check on things too. I found that they have a washing machine and dryer and will wash your clothes for you. The bathrooms are very very clean and the showers are nice and roomy. The light is 24hrs too. It is a really great place to stay.More Date of stay: May 2019

I must say if you looking for a hotel to stay at in Ibadan, this is the place to stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly staff. Their food is top notch. Wi-Fi is good. Housekeeping is good too. It is a home away from home. There is a socket by the bed to charge your phone conveniently. The bathroom is good and the necessary things u looking for in a room like a cup of tea/coffee & water are available too. I would highly recommend this place to as many people as I can. I can only hope they keep their maintenance culture as they have done for the last 4 years and at least add complimentary breakfast to the rooms with the amount being paid.

I am always particular about bathrooms in hotels - this one had space and was very clean. The staff were also friendly and neat. i had two meals and both were good. My sister and I had an event in Ibadan and based on the reviews, we decided to book Adis Hotel. It was easy to locate; situated in a serene environment, you could take a nice morning or evening walk. The members of Staff were so warm and friendly. The hotel has a positive energy, the interior is clean and the décor is simple and classy. The rooms we were opportune to see, including our room were clean and cozy and breakfast was really nice. We only spent a night but wished we could spend more nights. We definitely will be coming back :)

Actually I did not lodge in there. I just went there to see some friends who lodged there. Despite this, I can say that Adis hotel is a place to be. Right from the entrance gate, down to the receptionist and other staff, you will be treated like a king. The entire staff are very friendly respective.
