I spend two night at StraightEdge Hotels and Suites,the Hotel was splendid,spacious and nice to to lodge in.My observations. (1) The receptionist was overwhelmed because of the number of guests (2) The TV needed to be operated without calling for assistance and Dstv should be installed for guest relaxation (3) The Laundry Staff are not accommodating calling them for hours without attending to guests even meeting the personally to see you for a few minutes they were never to be seen before leaving the Hotel.All this calls for proper monitoring of Staff and also staff development because Hotel business is not a joke.Above all l commend the Receptionist who was on duty from Friday 25th to 28th of April 2019 and also the MD for a good setup.AJAGBE OLUFEMI MICHAEL.Tourism Consultant
