Very poor in customer satisfaction. I bought a steamed iron that was faulty from the manufacturer with a warranty but it is more than two months now that a replacement has not been made. They keep posting me each I go there.

Their safety activities towards covid-19 are commendable.. There is a no face mask, no entry policy which encourages safety. They have relatively cheaper prices for their goods compared to their neighbours Adiba and Hubmart. If only they were the ones that ran 24 hour services.

First came to this place during July 2007 and it used to be Park & Shop. Till my stint ended during April 2011, this used to be our favorite shopping place. I found this as part of SPAR shopping chains when I came back to Lagos 2016. Still this is our favorite shopping zone. There are lots of changes in terms of value additions like additional service counters added for shoppers buying lower number of SKUs ( not over 10), larger bakery section, large food zone ( with local & South Asian selections), home appliances/electronics sections have become robust.

They are an extremely bad guest service. Spar VI. Price on promo such as buy one get one free when you reach the cashier you are said the promo has ended buy it s still big sign indicating the promo. They change their physical reward card for an app each time i go i have to spend to to fix it to hear come next time or best last time the guy give me this incredible answer. Use someone else phone number to register saying it because of my phone provider. At the end your are not getting your little reward point worth in lekky they still accept the physical card. Now ask an indian manager so useless can help can resolve listen then leave its like no one is in charge. Poorest guest service honestly.

Very very noisy place I might as well go to the open air market to do my shopping. The service attendants outnumber the shoppers and spar refuse to train their employees on the ethics of attending to shoppers in a SUPERMARKET. I dislike visiting this space because of the noisy atmosphere where I have to constantly manoeuvre my way through the mirads of different coloured dressed attendants. They should all just shut up and keep their squabbles to the back changing rooms after their shift ends.
