A stadium of international standard. A sporting village as it is well known by the local people. A place to be for sport and relaxation. It has a cool restaurant with sumptuous food. However, mismanagement has really made the place to be below the standard it once was. Needs serious repairs and restoration.

It was originally known as Gateway stadium and was refurbished and brushed up by Otunba Gbenga daniels former governor of Ogun state in the preparation for Gateway games around the year 2006. During may 2011 it was renamed Otunba Dipo Dina international stadium after his assassination as a political gesture
