The service here is really terrible and inefficient for the most part. A parcel was shipped to me over a week ago, and was supposed to be delivered to my home. Per tracking the parcel, it arrived at iyana ipaja days ago, but I still haven’t gotten it. Been calling the customer service line everyday and the response is always “I will contact the support team and get back to you”. So disappointing.
