Am not one to dish out commendations easily but I was to some extent impressed with their service. I took My hisense TV which developed a fault there. It was still under warranty. It was fixed immediately(after like 4 hours though) and I took it home that same day. Not many other brands service centre are that quick with issues like that. Am impressed.

Cool environment and excellent customer service relations. But their charges are very high. And please, do ensure you properly inspect your product before leaving. Check the bolts and all other parts to see they are not missing.

Good place but extremely poor custormer service. What a custormer desk staff doesnt know is if there are no custormers then they do not have a job. She is useless to the company without the custormers. Management should train them on custormer service relationship and communication.

LG Fouani group Nigeria has saved me many times. Once I searched all over the FCT for someone to repair my LG TV Buh kept hitting brick walls or expensive cost of repairs and parts. I got a recommendation to go to the service centre at Idu. Although a bit hard to locate at first. I got there and the service was top notch. Customer service is excellent. The environment is nice. They document your appliances perfectly. And quite affordable as well. The price difference between street repair and Fouani is so wide. Fouani gives you 100 percent genuine parts with certified LG professionals handling your repairs. And at a cheaper price as well.
