One of the best places to come and read a book or prepare for an exam. They have a very good selection of coffee, tea and other beverages. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they play really nice music to add to the cool and warm ambience. There is a sitting space outside of you feel like having a talk in the outdoors or just want to have a quick smoke. The parking space is not fantastic, bit it is sufficient. Just come early, park and plan to leave late. The food is fine, not much to pick from but they stay true to the coffee shop brand. They have a few sandwiches and nice pastries. You must try the banana bread and ice-cream combination. I highly recommend this spot.

It’s a really nice Cafe, you’ll definitely run into a lot “twitter folks” here if that’s your type of thing. The ambience is beautiful and the jazz music always playing in the background helps with whatever creative work I’m doing at the time. It’s a good place to get some work done and meet people at the same time.

There the two reasons to visit this cafe: the selection of beverages, and the ambience. The coffee comes in three sizes, and you get the normal selection of presentation. There are also smoothie choices to pick from. The ambience is best left to photos. The environment is serene and the location is frequented by the developer community. You could very easily strike up new conversations and friendships.

Lovely space to have a meeting or just get some work done. Parking is limited, especially at peak times. Good variety of things to eat along with the great coffee. The chicken avocado salad is particularly tasty. Can feel crowded and loud during peak times, or if there are several meetings happening at the same time. Otherwise a great place!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Lagos, Vestar offers a pretty unique experience. The coffee and pastries are top notch of course, but the layout is also noteworthy. You can sit in a high seat at the front, play some chess or read a novel in the middle or relax in the patio at the back. Definitely worth checking out.
