This Hotel is one of the best Old Hotels in Lagos Mainland. Alot of old designs and properly managed.

A lovely quiet place nestled in a peaceful estate. Fair power supply too but some room utilities were faulty at the time of visit.

A good hotel for its location, Kolex is an interesting place to relax in. The food in the hotel is rather too expensive but you can easily take a walk to find cheaper alternatives. Power supply is also a serious challenge as with most Nigerian businesses. The generator is usually on between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the next day so you are better off with a solid plan for your day time. Kolex is in the highly populated Shomolu area of Lagos but it is tucked away from the noise of the neighborhood. You can easily and quickly find your way to University of Lagos, Yaba College of Technology, Ozone Cinemas and many other fun spots around Yaba and environs.
