Adekunle AdelowoIntegrity conscious outfit, you rarely get that from a typical Nigerian indigenous business. There is always room for improvement. I am very sure and optimistic that they will surpass their potentials. Kudos!!! Repairam

Sarah AMy iPad 3 had a battery loop problem. I reached out to this establishment via their Order Placement Form on the website as well as via Phone. I spoke to someone who might have been a Customer Care Agent I’m not sure. I explained the loop problem (a situation where the iPad only stays on for about 2 minutes before displaying the Apple Logo and going back off.) This problem was also stated in the order form. I as told that to pick up the iPad and have it delivered back to me after repair would be #2000 which I was willing to pay. After they received the iPad, I got a call from the same Customer Care Agent saying that the technician found out that it was a battery problem and it would cost #15000. Again I said no problem and asked for the account details before remitting it. All this happened over the course of Monday-Wednesday. On Friday, I got a call that my iPad would be delivered back to me as it had been fixed. However, on receiving the iPad I checked and found out the same problem which made me request for a repair was still there. I called them and sent a message and they apologized before sending another courier to pick it up again for further repairs. The explanation given by the Customer Care Agent was that the iPad got to them switched off and they just assumed it was a battery issue. I found that explanation to be insubstantial since as a professional, you are meant check if the device given to you was working right. The iPad turns off after every 2 minutes yet you claimed to be unaware that there was still a fault? I stated the problem in writing and over the phone to you but you never even worked on that problem. When I heard the excuse, my first thought was THIS PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS. Who sends back a device that was brought it for repairs without confirming if everything is working right? After giving them back the iPad again, I got a call from the same Customer Care Agent saying they were sending the iPad back as their technician said the problem was unfixable and a refund of my money will be sent back to me. How did they determine it was unfixable? I have no idea. Now, for the refund, this took a period of over 2-3 weeks I’m not really sure but what I know is that there was no follow up from their end. I had to be the one to reach out to them via messages asking about the progress of my refund as my call was not picked. I got a message about 3 days after sending one detailing my disappointment in their lack of congeniality to update me on the situation. They explained something about having issues with the parent company and authorizing a refund. The end of the story is I eventually got my refund and took the iPad somewhere where it was ACTUALLY FIXED WITHOUT ANY HASSLE.
