I would start from the warm reception at the HMO office, your staff are great . Interesting for this part of the clime, generally services where as expressed at both the diagnostic and eye centres. However, notable observation include but not limited to the need for a consulting physician at patients request, restrooms are still not kept to standards, particular at the diagnostic centre, waiting time are not adhered to and receptionist attitude should be improved. Thumbs up to my guest assistant Bimbo and promise at the diagnostic centre, good job.

2019 mecure services to me is a right step in the right direction.especially compared to other years.. they have improved tremendously alot of people have won different consolation prices, ranging from items such as refrigerator,fans, washing machine, pressing iron to mention a few.. attention given is 80 percenteven though not satisfactory,it should be improved upon.welfare services is a bit improved 60 percent, accommodation 90percent , pickup and drop services 100 Percent ..body marcerge is superb should be encouraged..in all am very much pleased with there services there should be room for innovation improvements to attract clients. Generally excellent equipment and relationship officers to guide through the process is a very good concept. However, they need more training and assignment to limited number of people at any one time to maximize their availability. Also, some facility improvements required e.g. the Doctor’s cabin for physical exam, the Dental clinic and especially the toilets and parking to justify the first class status conferred on the Clinic. Particularly impressed with the Optical exam services. Keep it up.
