Taiwo AKINLAMIWell, they have all the equipments and the operators seem nice and professional. I think the organisation needs to improve on their customers service. Their members of staff who interface with the members of staff seem not be aware that they are there for customers and those who come there to attend to health issues do not need to further deal with the burden unfriendly and almost insensitive customer service personnel...It is something the organisation really needs to address fast

I visited today, the CSR took my form and was talking with someone else and left her work station when she was suppose to be attending to me, I later talked to another CSR after 20 minutes and told me they were having system downtime. The first CSR ought to have let me know the situation on ground. This is a poor service

Oyinkansola SubairIf you are in a hurry or need immediate medical attention, kindly avoid this hospital. They are freaking slow. I was referred to Clinix for a left shoulder pan x-ray and it took close to 3hours for them to finally attend to me at the reception.

Daniel AjanakuFirst time here and I would say the environment is lovely, lovely customer service via the phone in trying to confirm the location, good state of the art equipments, sufficient numbers of staff. But I suspect more needs to be improved on especially the sight of the suggestion box been almost filled up as at 11am. In all, still gets this current rating.
