State of the art gymnasium equipment, standard local and inter continental cuisines. Car parking is a major challenge. The view from the rooms are perfect; whether you are facing the traffic or the river.

Black Diamond is currently a privately leased lodging facility for ExxonMobil staff in transit or short stay or even a stop gap pending official quarters allocation at Mobil Court. Therefore being exclusively patronized by XOM, the standards are superb. Rooms are huge and spacious with super high speed internet. Meals are good and the amenities are great. Security is tight to the teeth and difficult for non staff access.
