From my point on view, NLP training of 7 habits of highly effective people was considered effective and has impacted a lot to me. It is a programme that changes ones ideology generally. It has improved and adjusted me to certain areas of life style and improve in pursing organisational goals. The programme actually met the required standard for its aim and objectives. The instructor: his ability to control and conduct the class, time management and ability to explain concepts further than the actual training document. The contents of the course has improved my task management and gives a head way to variety of delivery method in my place of work.
