However, notable observation include but not limited to the need for a consulting physician at patients request, restrooms are still not kept to standards, particular at the diagnostic centre, waiting time are not adhered to and receptionist attitude should be improved. Generally excellent equipment and relationship officers to guide through the process is a very good concept. However, they need more training and assignment to limited number of people at any one time to maximize their availability. Also, some facility improvements required e.g. the Doctor’s cabin for physical exam, the Dental clinic and especially the toilets and parking to justify the first class status conferred on the Clinic. Particularly impressed with the Optical exam services. Keep it up.
