Joygate surpasses my expectations in the area of customer service and the cosiness of the facility. First off, I must commend the mgt for putting a quality team together from the gate to the reception down to the kitchen staff. It was the first time we would be holding a retreat on the mainland. Usually it was always on the Island. I am sure we were not disappointed. I commend Mercy for her warm demeanor. The choice of the team at the reception is superb; from looks down to mannerism. Great place, I tell you. Advice: pls continue to train and take good care of your staff. They will take care of your customers. The outside surrounding from the main gate needs to be cleaned more often. I observed wind blew debris closer the terrances.

Nice place n neat,AC n internet on Point,but they need to provide b,reakfast for 2 in case u have a Family with you, also d extra Towel they brought for my friend has permanent stain,d bathroom water dripped out from d Shower,friendly Staff though !
