I love silver bird cinemas, their sound system is second to none, great service guys. Only that sometimes the crowd can be more than the available service guys/attendants. You are not allowed to bring in external refreshments so get extra bucks for the things you may like to much. Sometimes some movies comes with free popcorn and drink.

Service levels could be better, at the time of visit there was only 1 attendant issuing tickets to so many people who had come in to watch movies. This would naturally create a somewhat inconvenient environment for movie goers. The management of the cinema needs to think through how to make the movie going experience for its customers at this cinema more enjoyable. However, the experience of the 4DX cinema was pretty exciting, felt like my 6 six years old again, pretending that I was driving fast cars as I watched #BadBoysForLife. All the wind, light, smoke & movement effects in the hall truly made the experience very immersive. And that makes for a truly memorable cinema going experience. I Love seeing movies here. Their recent 4D X hall is a badass. Its just they should improve on their halls, it was kinda dirty and had a foul smell and I suggest its from spills from drinks. Aside that, Silverbird Cinemas Ikeja is still one of the most happening places where you find all sorts of things in Ikeja.

Cool environment in the heart of the city mall. The cinema halls are quite comfy. The first ever movie I watched there was Black panther. It was an epic experience. Also saw Yoruba demons there. Sliverbird Cinemas is a good place to chill and watch movies in Lagos. It shows movies in 2D as well as 4D. They have food and drinks at the Cinemas. They dont allow food or drinks from outside. The movie experience at Silverbird is top notch. If you want to enjoy your movie, I recommend you watch it in 4D.

Silverbird cinemas Ikeja is usually a default place to see movies or what might be showing if I happen to be around the Ikeja city mall. It has about 4 cinema halls virtual reality cinema at the entrance and ofcourse the popcorn stands right beside the ticketing. My dislike about the cinema is 1) by now they should be selling other flavors of popcorn than just salt and sugar, there are so many varieties and for a cinema that has gained so much ground in the country they should lead the way. 2) Tickets should be sold with choice of seat, just like many cinemas around the world. Whenever you come to watch a blockbuster or highly anticipated movie there is usually so much rush into the cinema halls and people who showed up late to buy tickets usually get better seats that people who came very early those are the 2 issues I have with the cinema. There is definitely enough parking space and toilets are clean enough for use. One good thing I finally the screams that show the upcoming movie trailers are now working that’s a good one. I enjoy going there for proximity, and cause I can always shop on my way home after the movies. You can easily get Uber rides and Gokada. They usually linger for requests.

I had a great time here. Watched Acrimony and I throughly enjoyed myself here. I went on a Sunday so the movie went for N2,500 but it came with free popcorn and a bottle of drink. I also used the convenience and it was quite well-maintained except for the spray nozzle for cleaning up which had some dirt on the surface.

Great acoustic in pretty much all the viewing halls with friendly staff and very clean toilets. The queue can be a bit long especially at premieres but the staff have really improved with regards to getting tickets sold in an orderly fashion and even proper queues to get into the cinema. Side note: leave about 10mins before your movie starts to get snacks and refreshments or delegate someone within your group to order food while you get tickets to make thing faster. Enjoy x

I love silver bird cinemas, their sound system is second to none, great service guys. Only that sometimes the crowd can be more than the available service guys/attendants. Service levels could be better, at the time of visit there was only 1 attendant issuing tickets to so many people who had come in to watch movies. This would naturally create a somewhat inconvenient environment for movie goers. The management of the cinema needs to think through how to make the movie going experience for its customers at this cinema more enjoyable. However, the experience of the 4DX cinema was pretty exciting, felt like my 6 six years old again, pretending that I was driving fast cars as I watched #BadBoysForLife. All the wind, light, smoke & movement effects in the hall truly made the experience very immersive. And that makes for a truly memorable cinema going experience. The Silverbird cinemas Ikeja is a great place to have a cinematic theatre experience, with lots of blockbuster movies, local and international showing, you are sure to catch a movie at almost every hour of the day. The movie rates here are however the highest of all movie theatre on the Lagos mainland; the customer experience is also quite poor, with the staff almost uninterested in the quality of their service - they simply serve customers mechanically, with no concern with customer satisfaction. Nevertheless the queues are always long, since demand for the movie experience by far outweighs the quest for quality service. All in all, the Silverbird cinemas Ikeja offers a top rate cinematic experience at above average price and low service. Focus on the cinematic experience and it will be quite worth your time!

Silverbird cinemas Ikeja is usually a default place to see movies or what might be showing if I happen to be around the Ikeja city mall. It has about 4 cinema halls virtual reality cinema at the entrance and ofcourse the popcorn stands right beside the ticketing. My dislike about the cinema is 1) by now they should be selling other flavors of popcorn than just salt and sugar, there are so many varieties and for a cinema that has gained so much ground in the country they should lead the way. 2) Tickets should be sold with choice of seat, just like many cinemas around the world. Whenever you come to watch a blockbuster or highly anticipated movie there is usually so much rush into the cinema halls and people who showed up late to buy tickets usually get better seats that people who came very early those are the 2 issues I have with the cinema. There is definitely enough parking space and toilets are clean enough for use. One good thing I finally the screams that show the upcoming movie trailers are now working that’s a good one. I enjoy going there for proximity, and cause I can always shop on my way home after the movies. You can easily get Uber rides and Gokada. They usually linger for requests.

Good place to go for possibly all shopping. Going in at peak shopping hours could be a huddle. Fun place at night.
