They sell smoothies, salads and healthy snacks. You can also order online and they deliver for a fee. Online orders stop at 6 pm but no one tells you this and I had a bad experience as a result. I paid online, went to pick up at the store and was told my order would be treated the next day. They made reparations by delivering for free and as usual, their smoothie was great!

Terrible online service. i personally feel they should stop delivering. i only just tried their parfait once and fell in love with it... it was absolutely perfect except for the price. But their delivery time is extremely late. Last week they stopped picking their calls about 3 hours after we ordered... only to deliver our order 7 hours after we placed it. Yesterday they stopped picking their calls, and they never delivered any of our orders. In my opinion, any eatery that would allow their customers to wait indefinitely from 11am and never deliver the order, not apologize or call... deserves 0.1 star if possible, no matter how nice their menu is.

I visited the Ikoyi store and asked if some modifications could be made to the shrimp / avocado salad but the attendant was not the definition of what you would call, friendly. I also asked to speak to someone but she bluntly refused to call anyone. Interestingly, she saw me walk out without offering any further help. Thats a bad attitude.

Very irresponsible customer care and very late delivery time. delivery time on the website is 45 mins to 90 mins depending on your location. I ordered a smoothie and its less than 15 mins drive from their Ikoyi office. It has taken So Fresh more than 2 hours to deliver. And my colleague have shared similar experience. if you are really hungry, avoid So fresh. they may deliver your breakfast in the night!!!
