Have a good experience purchasing the right item. The attendant was quite helpful and friendly. The store is located in a mall with ampere parking space, and with lots of other good shops. This is a great household store. When I was setting up my house, I got almost all my appliances here. The staff members are very helpful. They have furniture, electronics, food items, etc. They have such weird opening hours though. They close way before the mall closes and sometimes aren’t open when the mall is open. I don’t really go here except I absolutely have to. For example, when what I want isn’t at Shoprite, lol. There’s also a tiny DSTV office by the side of the entrance.

They have a section for gift wrapping and Dstv subscription. You can also get readily available gift cards to give out as gifts. The store is well arranged and items can be easily located. They also have enough staff to attend to you when needed. Some of their stocks are relatively cheap but some are pricey. Good place to get Logik product cheap as compared to other brands.

It’s such a terrible shopping experience at the Games Store - Enugu Mall. The aircondioners have not functioned for over 2 months i’ve been coming to shop here.The store feels like a furnace with shoppers gasping for breath and everywhere oozing of bad breath. It’s so pathetic to see their staff and cashiers dehumanized in such a terrible working condition in the country of their birth by a foreign company. No form of ventilation or windows to compensate for the faulty ACs and each time I asked for an explanation they say: “we are working on it” with such a hopeless demeanour. One expects the management to put up a sign to advise incoming shoppers on the current condition in the store or do a temporal shutdown and get the ACs either fixed or replaced rather than wait until a shopper collapses on the floor of the store!!! You obviously won’t get the same treatment in South Africa for as many months as the ACs in this store have been down!!! Today, I was at the store with in-store temperature nearly 100 degrees Fahrenheit and so unbearable that I asked for the store manager and everyone declined to take responsibility for this inhumane condition. A staff mentioned that the ACs are irreparable! So, are the ACs also irreplaceable??? If nothing is done this week then they will be called out on social media for the world to be aware of this modern day slavery. We are not robots, we are humans!
