Service poor. Was told they only accepted cash since their card machine was broken. The machine surfaced and worked perfectly when I insisted on paying with my debit card. Smells fishy. DHL needs to check this place out.

my experience at Dhl in Nelle mall lekki phase 1 was not pleasing at all. The Dhl attendant was not straight forward enough, i was mortified by how he treated me, providing me with less information than i needed i had to speak to a co-worker in other to get a legit response, he was actually enjoying treating me unfairly because he was in a position to do so, hope DHL can train their staffs on ethics and good customer service cause this really sucked.
