Whiskey IsrkThe estate lacks proper maintenance. Imagine on a day when I had a very important appointment, I got stuck in the elevator. I thought it was a minor thing that would be fixed immediately. I spent a good number of hours there before I was finally made to come out. That was how I missed the appointment.

All the rooms in the estate are untidy and unkept. Including the public rooms, the washrooms, the staircases etc. I regret ever patronizing them.

Capital JobThe Management of the estate never take any notice of the tenants serious. I remember how many times my friend called the Management to fix the damp in his rented property but no response. Very unprofessional and not caring about the tenants.

We all know that "Dirt" is always associated with germs because too much of it creates a breeding ground for germs. And these germs can expose the hotel guests to some diseases, (ThankGod I did not contract any). On this note, I advice everyone to desist from going there. Thanks.

Damilola OluwafemiMy experience at the Brentwood park estate was indeed a bad one. I never felt at home. The apartments lacks space and convenience, with no room for my kids to play. Amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves, washers and dryers are bad and not working.
