Awesome place to lodge. Nice swimming pool and locates in a very serene environment. The degree of quietness there is just perfect for business discussions. Did I mention that their rooms are super cool? Yeah! It has a mini sitting room having a chair and a table. You can have a meeting with 4 people seated comfortably in the space. What I like more is their food. Oh my world!! The buffet was next to nothing. I had a great time there. Will surely visit again when I get to Lagos.

Colonades hotel Ikoyi is a nice place housing a pocket friendly but cosy accommodation in heart of Ikoyi. Located very close to the Federal Marriage registry in Ikoyi, Lagos, the hotel have almost all the facilities expected of a 5 star hotel. It also housed on of the test centres of the popular IELTS exams in Lagos. The environment is cool and neat, security is adequate and cleaners at work 24/7. A nice place to be.

I was here for a meeting and upon entering the hotel, I was greeted with green vegetation and flowers that adorn the entrance up to the gate. There are halls and conferences for different purposes. The parking area is spacious and secured. The environment is serene and the staff are also courteous. Overall, I think there is the need to give this hotel a facelift, as it lacks modern finishing touches that a hotel in this location should have.

The hotel boasts a 100 or more rooms with halls of different sizes for multipurpose offerings and affordable rates. The car park is quite spacious and secured. The hotel is a place to getaway for the weekend or for a group retreat. Courteous staff and a wonderful environment adorned with beautiful vegetation will make any stay worthwhile

The hotel needs complete overhaul. The three storeyed building housing the hall, unbelievably has zinc roofing,hence poorly sound proof. The rooms are poorly light, asthethic-wise very poor. Despite its continuous use by consulates, it has been left in bad shape. It however has a serene environment and staff are very courteous.
