Really cool building. Building staff are very professional and helpful. Easy to locate using the maps. Really neat and large bathrooms too. You need access cards to us the elevators and doors so make sure you get one at the reception before going up or you might get stuck.

The Heritage place lived up to a LEED certified office with state of the art facilities under a good facility management office. The interior was cool compared to the external temperature with recycling facilities and rain water collection. It is a good office complex for top level offices who can afford it

Very beautiful and well planned structure. The visitor check-in system is best in class and has some level of initiative going into it. The building has dedicated car park for visitors and the entrance is properly manned by security officials. Visitors should not bother to attempt parking in the building proper but should use the dedicated car park opposite the building.

Magnificent office building!!! This edifice stands out on Alfred Rewane. It currently houses some of the fortune 500 organizations operating in Nigeria. One very unique feature you will find here is the multi level parking spaces available to the members of staff of companies and the extra parking spaces available to visitors right opposite the building on Lugard Avenue. The office building is definitely one of the best maintained in town. Right from the reception, visitors are dazzled by awesome ambience. The building is managed with top notch physical access security technology and it maintains very high safety standards.

Heritage place is on 21 Lord Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria. It is an office complex where some organisations operate. It is about 10 floors. The building has in one of their tenants, BBC NIGERIA services. Also some other organisations are. based here. It is such a clean environment both inside and outside. This is the reason I gave them FOUR STAR. My experience here some months ago was a great feeling as their front desk staff are very professional in their conduct. Right from the gate . They have a designated car park for their staff and visitors.
