Had my graduation dinner here. I and my guests had a lovely time. It was the Saturday buffet - had a bit of an issue with guests wanting to be served before the official 4pm start time but the Grandlux team successfully kept them calm and hydrated. Buffet was great - not a very broad selection of food but great. And the music - lone saxophonist - capped it all nicely. We selected songs, he played them and we danced! It was beautiful end to a very lovely day!

They have one of the best customer service i have recieved in any restaurant in lagos( i didn’t go during their peak hours), the food is great, i took tons of pictures, very nice aesthetics. I would definitely visit again

The place is beautiful but the staff is rather disappointing. They tried to stop me and my friends from taking pictures even after we had ordered our food. One male staff was particularly rude and came on too strong - it was borderline harassment and I’m sorry that alone made me give this place one star. Isn’t the ambiance/decoration meant to make people take pictures for which they share and that in itself invites more costumers? There are more high-end restaurants in Lagos of which I haven’t witnessed that kind of treatment. You don’t harass people because you believe you have the power to or not to. I was this close to requesting to see the manager over his rather uncouth attitude. Whatever his assignment may be, I hope they pay him well for that.

Great great ambience, it’s a really pretty place. If you love taking pictures, so many pretty spots. I went at night so they didn’t have the food I wanted so I ordered Basmati rice and my partner ordered the pasta. The pasta was quite nice but the rice was really basic; didn’t like it. The salad that came with the rice was great tho and there staff were cordial and really to help. Also, no parking space in front of the place but they found us a space to park tho. What I loved most about it was the ambience really. So 10/10 for ambience, 4/10 for food

A beautiful environment doesn’t replace excellent customer service. Customer service was zero. I was charged 8k per head for buffet and value for money was absolutely zero. If you are looking to have your event there I’ll advice a no no as I’m not sure they have the expertise to manage a larger crowd yet.
