The estate is in a serene environment, well planned and has good accessible roads. The day I visited was the day the security arrangement was changed without warning to residents and visitors. Residents were to call the security gate to grant entrance to visitors. Unfortunately most residents didn’t have the security gate number to call. Many visitors were stranded and some had to turn back.

This traffic light and commuters can sometimes cause gridlock around the entrance especially in the mornings and late in the evenings by those going to or coming from Ikoyi, Victoria island and other places in the island. The place is well organized with security at the main gate entrance. It was mainly supposed to be for residential but there are offices around.
