Hello, my name is Oluwaseun Amusan and I work with SYNC CITY, a health information management system provider, I have been going through the comments on here and I believe that we can make the system and process at the hospital seamless and faster at little to no cost. I will appreciate if there is a contact I can reach out to. I will be expecting, thank you.

Customer service is zero. They kept me waiting with a baby for about an hour just to see a doctor. Quite a number of us were waiting and were given numbers, I had number 4 and watched almost 10 people enter before me. By the time the lady who had #3 got in out of annoyance, the Dr told her to go out that he was going on his break. Come on, who does that? Send a patient out cos you wanted to go on break? There are seamless ways of transiting without going into nitty gritty with your clients.. at this time, I was upset and decided to take my leave. A lady came around persuading me to wait that they were trying to reach another doctor... it was such an annoying experience . Just to mention, not the 1st time. Sorry to say verdic is big but their service is nothing to write home about!

Zero customer service. The doctors and the staff on duty are just so un concerned about the patience well being.. No value for money.. The AC in the room is not working. Chest Xray machine was down. To worsen it, the hospital staff are less concerned. In fact my complain to the doctor was like i was just making noise.

Vedic is a new generation Health care provider with modern day equipment all set in a multi-purpose edifice they interface very well as a diagnostic centre and specialised clinics as well. Good staff and helpful security officers especially in the area of the car park.

Had an encounter with Dr Prasad. Very polite, knows his onions and always smiling. All the nurses were caring too. My only concern was their food(menu). They need to have a sit down talk with the kitchen woman and attendant. Very rude and impolite.

Horrible experience. Took my nanny there at 4am and the doctor was no where to be found. The person who takes the vital was also no where to be found. ended up at George’s hospital and they gave her the care she needed after Spending N65k at Vedic for the wrong treatment some days prior. Shame!!!

Fantastic customer service with smiles on faces. Wait time is normal with regards to hospital. A person is meant to be patient when visiting a clinic/hospital in my opinion. (at impatient people).

Very Horrible Front desk personels who behaved as if they ‘re being owned 8months salary. Almost all of them acted cold and not in tune with dealing with patients/clients Save for the building/aesthetics, I see no difference in Vedic and Ajah General Hospital. I will never return there for anything.
