Andrew OgbeideLagoon hospital is one of the few facilities where you can access health care of international standard. The highly proficient and dedicated medical teams are always on ground to give that health care touch that you need.

Wumi FunmiThis hospital could be great but for the poor management. They only care about how much money they can get out of the patient. Lagoon hospital lacks the culture that makes patient comfort, time and value top priority. Each time I’ve had to come here, the decline in service is more apparent. Horrible service. If you value your comfort, time and money go elsewhere.

Cynthia OmbasaThe service was quick. The staff were helpful. And the doctor we saw had passion for his job. And it was clean!

esther adelekeThe hospital environment is neat and accommodating. My issue is with the front desk, they need to be proactive. Doctors should keep to appointment,it is tiring waiting for hours to see a physician in a private setting not because of many patients but because doctors refuse to resume at their duty post at the right time. The nurses at the treatment room were amazing especially the matron.

Alex ColeWhat kind of hospital doesn’t have a female doctor working. Examination rooms that don’t lock which they except you to be fine with them putting a chair in front so someone doesn’t walk in on you. I paid for 3 exams, they only did 2 and refused to refund me!! Horrible customer service... the staff here don’t give a fVck!!

Olaoluwa BolujokoLagoon Hospitals, Ikoyi is without a doubt one of the best hospitals in Nigeria, offering health services that are I dare say, world class. As a medical practitioner, I consider myself privileged to have the unmatched exposure working at Lagoon Hospitals gives me.

Oyeniran OlubisiLagoon Hospitals, Ikoyi is one of a kind. As a member of staff, I can attest to the fact that the investment in people and processes to ensure delivery of quality healthcare in line with the vision of the hospital is remarkable. The work climate is good, the relationship among staff and clients is usually cordial and sustained over time. No system is a perfect one and we strive to improve everyday. It is an honor to have the opportunity to work in this hospital where the goal is to offer a wide range of clinical services of international standard. Lagoon Hospitals is setting the pace in Nigeria and I am proud to be a part of this project!

Mfon EtukudohHas good facilities and professionals. But the after services are not encouraging. You can be delayed and not attended to except you make some fuss (my experience though)

bond abbeI walked in this lovely hospital and my world, i was amazed at the receptions from every member of staff i interacted with. Cordial, friendly and most of all lending a listening ear. You right problems are usually solved when the listener pays 100% attention to your needs. The hospital was clean, and all sorts of support staff doting on patients. No rude lines as everybody showed empathy with a warm smile. I can keep going on and on. Lagoon, Keep it up and God will keep you there for us. Many thanks.

Ibukun Tola-OgunyemiIts great to know they have a management who truly strive to improve customer experiences. I had a much much better experience when i visited the next time. Not everyone in naija listens to feedback and does something about it. Well done to your team.

Jomat megolaReading all the reviews here i had a biased mindset going there but i can tell you its a great place. From the front desk personnel to seeing the doctors was a swift. The doctors are also very thorough. I recommend this place.

O
Obaro UyeriMy experience was simply fantastic. Right from the first day we stepped into the facility, the HMO officer (Ufuoma) was extremely professional in handling our case. The processes and procedures at this facility are world class. The staff, right from the security guards to the cleaners, the consultants, doctors on call, matrons and nurses (on call, assistants, theater nurses, auxiliary nurses e.t.c). Everyone was too willing to go the extra mile to make the patients happy and satisfied. I will like to mention some names in appreciation. This list is in no way implying that these are the only nice and professional people here. As long as you are part of the Lagoon Hospital Family, you are deeply appreciated. 1. Dr Aliyu (Consultant Gynecologist) 2. Ufuoma (HMO Officer) 3. Zainab (Billings Unit) 4. Maureen (HMO Officer) 5. Matron Faith 6. Matron Ihuague 7. Matron Ifeoma 8. Nurse Kelechi 9. Nurse Elizabeth 10. Nurse Pamela 11. Nurse Olua 12. Nurse Jessica 13. Nurse Nomso 14. Nurse Rosary To mention but a few. Guys I will gladly recommend this hospital over and over again. Thanks for this fabulous experience.

ADEGOKE ADEWOLEBeautiful facility, sparkling clean in a calming environment. The staff were amazing, very attentive and caring. Special praise to the Nurses, they were devoted and compassionate. I visited during the busy hours.but they all wore a smile and were genuinely happy doing their jobs. The Doctors at the A/E were thorough and even as a practising physician in a western country i was very satisfied with the services my Father-in-law recieved. There is no Perfect Organisation, however the hospital management are doing a great job. If and when i return home, i wont hesitate to join the organisation whenever the opportunity arise.

John NymannMy wife had to be admitted in this hospital for a few nights. I was glad she was there in light of her illness. She was quite sick and the staff here listened and did their best to find solutions to her medical issues. The staff were friendly and helpful. The doctors were knowledgeable. She improved while being there which allowed her to get back home. Thank you Lagoon staff for helping us out in very difficult circumstances!

Remilekun BanigbeIt takes forever to be attended to. No one seem to care about how you feel or the sense of urgency attached to your complaints. Even general hospital staff attitude is never this bad. The attitude of the admin staff members here is nothing good to write home about

A
Adekunle AdekolaVery clean environment with young physicians to attend to you. For a first-timer, registration could be a lot frustrating: extremely slow. Waiting time can be between 2-4hrs for a common check. The service does not befit the facility one bit.

Toyin AWorst hospital ever. Fine building, nice infrastructure but poor quality medical service. Their turnaround time is poor and the welfare of patients means nothing to them. They just aren’t thorough enough.

Sagir AdamuNice hospital with lovely environment. It has well experienced doctors and nurses. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Lagoon hospital has many other branches within Lagos. They offer all kinds of medical services. There is wheelchair accessibility both car park and the main building. They offer ultrasound imaging services. #wheelchair #Adultmedical #imagingservices

Adekola OladipoThis is worst hospital around here in terms of the followings; 1. Quality of service is extremely poor since Lagoon took over from Goldcross 2. Out patient turn around is unbareable sometime you can spend 4 hours in the hospital for the services you are paying for. 3. They suppose to provide excellent care for their client but they careless about their customers

Emilian OjiemenHeard so many lovely things about this hospital. Went there today to see a GP, had to leave after two hours of waiting as it was very obvious that the possibility of seeing the GP would take another hour. Their customer service is zero people just doing what they had to do the Nigerian way (not my business wait for your turn). I was so confused i felt i was in the general hospital and to think they got an award for been the best in 2017.

Jemimah OTop quality hospital! The staff are amazing
-
M
Morolake DairoThe process of waiting is frustrating. Processes that can be minimised it they only paid more attention. There are no number tags to even monitor when a person comes or who is next in line. Processes can be digitized or better managed.

Oluwadare RotimiService is terrible. A simple drug refill takes 90 minutes on the average. The front desk staff have a terrible attitude. I asked to get a number or an email for customer complaints and noone in the entire hospital could find that for me. TERRIBLE

Home VilleIts a modern hospital with facilities. However, if you decide to come to the hospital particularly in d morning then you need to take the day off as you would spend the whole day. D waiting time is so long. I was told to come by 7am for a procedure, apparently others were given the same time. Surgeon came by 9.20, didnt get attended to till 12.30pm. Why would they give all patients d same time if the procedure for each person wld last upto 45 mins and above? The surgeon didnt apologise for coming late either. They really need to improve.
