I had personally gone there to open an account for dealing with my forex, I was told they required two references, I requested them to reach they bank , they left their busy schedule and reached the bank on my request, formalities for giving my international passport, cerpac and two references completed, I was told the person who does this exercise has not come so she would come next day to my office personally with a TAB where they do this exercise online and have my account opened. after two weeks , only silence!! I went battling all the traffic again to get all the copies I had given them, to be told she was not well and the documents are in her custody and cant be given!! I was not happy, then I was told I would sent the document the next day and it finally arrived today by 4.40pm. Dont they have any process of follow-up or handover in an International Bank , is it a local Branch issue or a training issue across Africa?
