Great to have this in Ikoyi and on Awolowo road. Just the same sort of product range as you would get for other Spar outlets. Just a floor but the isles are clearly defined in line with the products on display. Remember to check for the sales magazine that shows items on sale for a period of the week. Get directions from the help desk situated on the left side of the entrance.

A trendy supermarket on the commercial street of ikoyi, the Mart has a lot of house hold items, groceries, fresh food, frozen food, canned food, drinks and wines, various imported brands can be found here also and it definitely attracts a trendy crowd, cooked foods are also sold there ranging from jollof rice to fried rice variety, baked food and fries, it was an ok experience and they have BOGO offers for some of their products.. and a loyalty program for customers to keep using their service

This is different from the Spar i am used to getting my things from and i mean home and abroad, I had to wait for 3 minutes to get a meat pie from the food section because the lady serving was flirting with a colleague, I ended up getting pie and egusi soup that she didn’t bother to microwave. The male cashier at the extreme end was busy typing his phone while attending to me. I have been there twice and both experiences were bad.

It is either the management here work on a freestyle schedule or the staff run things for themselves. How are they closed at 8pm when we know them to close for 9pm or 10pm? And if at 9pm, the gates are shut by half 8, aggressively refusing entry to customers. Very painful having to always come back. Until the competition comes.
