The inconsistencies and erratic nature in your customer service communication, reporting and delivery should be addressed forthwith. A situation where a customer makes full payment for replacement of print head HP 7610 and it takes seven (7) weeks for it to be fixed is appalling bearing in mind that the said customer had to call twice and follow up afterwards before being informed that it is ready is rather very unfortunate. Your Victoria Island outlet may be the only available known credible option today but the attitude of some of your nauseating staff who lack basic communication protocols and ethics will lead some of your customers to seek other alternatives.

Very poor service. It took them longer than promised to do a diagnosis on my laptop. So when i eventually received it, i was not interested in fixing it there any more. On collecting my laptop, it took over 30 minutes to retrieve it and it was badly coupled with a screw missing and one of the rubber stands was no longer there. Even in my presence, another customer was complaining of poor service.
