I had a horrible experience with AA and I am currently in the process of requesting for a refund. Today was my first and last driving lesson with them. Firstly, before we began I had to queue at a petrol station with the driving instructor for almost 30 minutes and the car broke down half way into the driving lesson. I had also paid an extra N20,000 for a pick and drop off service which was a total sham because I had to find my way to the office because the driver, who was already late for my 11 am class, could not find my address. And because the car broke down, I had to find my way home. I would strongly advise anyone against using them.
