The place is simply beautiful. Small but beautiful. Not an ideal place to host very large parties. The food and drinks were affordable & nice. Their small chops platter is as filling as a whole meal. Few packing spaces.

The atmosphere is great, the rooms very clean. I particularly like the fact that there were 4 towels in all. Bed size is good and linen smelt fresh. The air freshener was a bit over powering though. The only downside for me was the quality of food. Pepper soup was salty. Plantains were too soft. But overall very good experience. I will surely visit again but not likely to eat their food.

But I will to say a big thank you the amazing B&F manager Nkem, I had suprise dinner party at the restaurant and she worked with me at every level of the organization of the event both pre and post. I don’t know what happened when I checked in but it was just one problem after another. There were massive bugs in the pool, a creepy man watched me swim. Internet stopped working about 2 hours into my check in and didn’t work till I checked out two days later. Drunk people kept banging on my door at night and this caused a knee injury. If you want a hotel where you can party and have fun, this is probably a good one for you. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, stay away.

Average at everything today. It was my first time and certainly not impressed by anything. We had to fly 6 floors because the elevator was out. The alternative service entrance was not clean. Food was a drab too. Drinks on the menu were not available either...nice ambience average music.

A contemporary place located in the prime Victoria Island of Lagos. Location wise, this hotel is perfect for business travelers as VI is the new commercial centre of Lagos State. This said, my brows are raised at the security as anyone could go right up to the rooms without a Pre-screening at reception. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE with no demarcation between the bath area and the toilet and sink. The room is small and not well ventilated. Pretty sparse decor. I ordered some soup and it was a tad over-seasoned. Not overly impressed with Maison. If you do not have expectations though, this is an OK place to stay price wise when compared to the more upscale EKO hotel and Suites on the same road.

The breakfast is soo good (better than British breakfast if I must say) The beds are super comfortable as I slept like a baby. Great location as well as it bang in the city! The only downside is the air conditioner wasn’t as cool during the day, but at night time the room was nice and chilly. Can’t wait to come back again
