Cozy Neat Serene Non availability of parking space was a turn off for me having to be called to come move my car. Front desk staff was rude and condescending. I wanted to report her to the manager ,unfortunately, he was not around. The towel in the room needs to be replaced. Cool place overall.

My bathroom had drainage issues and when I noticed at first, the guy said it was because they just finished cleaning. However, this continued till I left. The bed was comfortable, food was okay and the environment was peaceful.

The staff was unprofessional. There is nothing executive about the suite. Breakfast was late and the bathroom was dirty. I had really high hopes because of the past reviews but this was an absolute fail. Little feedback: Print the directory of the various services (front desk, restaurant etc) and put it in the rooms

My stay was cool. Power supply very good, Internet great, customer service great. The room was very clean, neat and nice smelling. A/c freezing and the bed very comfortable...oh, the bathroom is great else for the somewhat bad smell that comes out when you turn on the extractor fan ......and the water is hard but loved the hot water.

Nice place to stay except a number of things can be improved. Be aware of the noise outside as the location is in a very busy building site. I was constantly woken up by the hammering and building work adjacent to the hotel. Every morning non stop, very unpleasant. No kettle in the room although I had to request this and a kettle was provided to me. Would have been nice to come with complimentary tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was weak with no service at all at times. Not enough towels me and my husband had to share one towel between us. The bathrooms require an upgrade as the shower required repair and barely any water was sufficient to wash. Room service extorniate, had to walk downstairs to get any drinks or food otherwise you are hit with a large bill. Food expensive and had to pay for water which is a basic necessity. Staff whom clean the rooms complete an excellent job and the rooms are nicely done. Would I stay again? Yes if it is the only option. The price is cheaper than most although you end up paying more for food and drink and service charges. Staff friendly enough but hey we are in Lagos...what do you expect?
