I had workers on site who wanted to work late. So I went to Prince Ebeano Supermarket for bright LED rechargeable lamps. I got exactly what I wanted. The attendant was so kind and assisted me to charge them for a while. The products turned out to be very good. The site was as illuminated as I wanted it. The supermarket is organized and I will come again.

Prince Ebeano Supermarket , Lekki is a one stop shop for all household stuff; beverages, drinks of all types and kinds, toiletries, toothpaste, electronics, books, pastries, wears, bakery, telephones accessories, Their Compound is neat and well laid out with good view. The cat park is cool and can contain the influx of customers per time. We never have any opportunity to extend to the road as of now. The security personnel well trained . But the front desk need to be trained in emotional intelligence to be able to handle effectively and efficiently the ever increasing demand of the customers. Some of them have had cause to snub or shout at customers. But generally, it is a cozy environment to visit with kids

Location is perfect for a supermarket. I personally use it but as the years have come along, they have reduced in standard. 1. Poor Customer services such as slow service causing long queues. Also lack of understanding staff most of the time. Most are rude and unnecessarily aggressive. 2. An okay parking arrangement even though can be jammed at times. 3. Fair enough amount and quality of goods sold. 4. Poor network connectivity in the whole supermarket which is not exactly good security wise. 5. Good security and police presence. 6. Poor toilet facilities and not up to standard. Ebeano has gained the trust of Lekki Phase 1 customers but is starting to lose it again. They will need to be very careful or will lose their competition with Hubmart. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BIASED CRITICISM BUT A CONSTRUCTIVE ONE FOR WHOEVER IS AT THE TOP OF THE SUPERMARKET TO EFFECT CHANGES.

Since the fire incidence, I only visited the new outlet for the first time, 2 days ago. It was crowded but not ridiculously so. The aisles were spacious and shelves well stocked. They have multiple checking out points so buying for purchases is not burdensome. There are many outlets of shopping experiences within the complex. Highly recommended
