Went here with a group of friends for brunch and I can understand why this place is highly recommend. The food we had were very well portioned and tested great. In fact, we were all sharing off each other’s plate so we each didn’t miss out of the food options. The staff were also nice and patient with us considering how big our party was. The food did take a while to come out but when it did everything was in the right order.

Awesome restaurant with good ambience. My wife and I enjoyed trying out this restaurant. Highly recommended and reasonably affordable. Also ideal for groups. Perhaps HSE should make available nuts before the starters/main dish arrives. Hence my reason for the 4 star rating. Good restaurant all the same.

I did have a challenge locating it, there is not much of a car park area. The interior is cool, I loved the culinary artwork. With an average of 10,000 naira a great meal inclusive of a drink would have your tummy full. Our assigned waitress was a joy to relate with. For my main meal, I chose the Creamy Herb Penne Pasta with bacon and had it extra spicy. The winner for our dessert choice was the Molten Lava Cake. I did find the vanilla ice cream a bit bland. It was a laughter filled meal hangout with my co dinner party members and an enjoyable experience.

So I came to this restaurant with my friends. We were so hungry and we ordered a plate of Seafood rice pot and some other food. From the menu, it’s supposed to have tiger prawns, fish, calamari... .. Anyways the picture here depicts what we got. It looked nothing like what we ordered for. When we raised our complaints to the waiter and the manager, they told us they ran out of tiger prawns and hence decided to use baby prawns without letting us know. This is obviously a clear case of what I ordered versus what I got. Apart from the tiger prawns not available. The food didn’t look like what was on their social media page. Did I mention the foods also pricey. Quite disappointed!

Visited HSE for the first time for Sunday brunch. Nice ambience, good service, decent crowd. Loveeed the milkshake, pasta was fair but I didn’t quite understand the Mac and cheese. Would visit again sometime..

Lovely ambience,easy to locate,food was good but pricey in my opinion,we ordered the burger and was a bit disappointed at the size of the burger patty ,the brioche bun was good . Their drinks are well priced and taste great,they had fresh apple juice on the menu ,sad they didn’t have a kids menu. Wait staff were very courteous and the whole vibe was good .

Always been a fan of HSE and their meals. One of the places that never disappoints my cravings. Love the new space however the meals are way too pricey and they still have limited breakfast options. The sunshine bowl was amazing for N6,300 (Stir fry Quinoa and Salmon)

So HSE Gourmet is back..Yay!!! I went there for Sunday brunch and it was packed. Had the Asian Style Cripsy Chicken Wings to start and it was not bad. The Seafood Rice Pot is a seafood lover’s dream. More seafood than rice though lol. Wanted to try the Red Velvet Cheesecake Milkshake but they were out, so we had to settle for the Oreo & Dulce de Leche Milkshake. The Oreo Milkshake was amazing. My only problem was that the waiters took forever to attend to us and even mixed up our orders. I also over heard them telling some patrons that the kitchen was going to be shut (this was by 5) and reopened by 6, so they had to leave. I don’t think it’s a good thing to send customers away. All in all, it was a good experience and will visit again to try the burgers.
