A complex holding different offices. It comprises of various floors. An active lift that is switched off by 6pm in the evening. On the 6th floor is the newly launched Pipul TV office. An IPTV pay television service. The complex has a good parking space for cars to park. A good security system. Visitors have to sign downstairs and directed to the office they wish to go to.

Warm staff at the Visa processing office. They take their time to explain stuff to the client. And if you forget a document you can step outside and print it or photocopy the document etc and come back inside to continue the process. Unlike their Victoria Island counterparts at Churchgate towers who would ask you to pay #30,000 before coming in even if you’re still within your appointment time. I really don’t get. Thumbs up guys!!!

I saw Etiebet place on daily basis since I was a teenager. I passed by it on my way to work at Awolowo way, Ikeja. I was there when it was occupied by Channels Television. Etiebet place is still standing tall and proud today, serving as a visa processing center for at least, the British government. Wishing her more productive years of service to the owners.
