I have always been skeptical about Mega Chicken but then a friend convinced me to give it a try and I was very impressed with their services and meals. The meals tastes homely and not just like the usual fast food taste. They have varieties from continental to traditional meals at affordable prices. They also sell quality bread and pastries. A big parking space too.

Adequate parking space with too much security to direct/overdirect you as you park. Any food item you may have is not allowed into mega chicken. Even if you are coming from an event with your take away park. There are variety of dishes, breakfast, lunch and dinner. An entire floor is dedicated to confectionery while another floor is a game arcade. The food is not as fantastic as it looks. But the staff attends to you courteously.

At the ground floor, they have the usual fast food section where you can buy Jollof and Fried rice, meat pie, scotch egg, sandwiches, sharwama, burgers Asun, shredded beef and chicken sauce etc and they also have the african cuisines section for those that love Amala, Semo-vita, moin-moin and assorted meat. Then just at the first floor, u can get different types of cakes and bread. Also on this floor, you have the rest room and these toilets are well maintained most times sparkling clean Then the second and last floor, you have the Chinese restaurant for those that love Chinese delicacies. It was a disastrous experience. I can never recommend such a place to anyone else. How will the management of a place decline entry with personal stuff? Imagine me coming to Lagos and wanting to have a meal and management said I can only keep my stuff outside on a table! No provision for me to safely keep my stuff. Who does that? Even local canteens have provision for people to keep personal stuff. To say I came with friends and colleagues. Such an embarrassment.

This is at the heart of Ikeja. Its place to be for family eat out. They serve ocal dish and Chinese cuisine. Tasted the Chinese and I was not disappointed. I learnt its prepared by Chinese chef. The place is very spacious (over 300 sqm) with 3 floors. If dread the stairs, there is an elevator to take you to the pent house at the top. No sure you can pre-order but they have enough hands to offer quick service. Not to forget there is big parking space. And there is provision of roll way for wheelchairs.

Standing directly opposite the magnificent Mega Chicken Agidingbi, you would wonder why a building as huge as this is just for eating. I admired the level of sanity I experienced at the parking lot too. In sight were over 5 security officials whose duty was ensure there were no hassles. The second floor houses a bar with different sections; one where strictly Chinese drinks are sold, another is secluded just for V.V.I.Ps. Pictures aren’t allowed on this floor. The topmost floor has been designed for children’s amusement park.

Owners of the Mega Chicken brand seem to have an eye for great real estate locations and this outlet is no exception. This location is particularly massive, occupying two very spacious floors and the parking space is reasonably ample. It is also a really great place for kids, with a variety of fun, rides and games. The food is good too! I recommend their Banga Soup and Ofe Owerri any time.
