It has seen better days.The facilities are not as you would have in modern hotels such as Whitefield Hotel. Security us lax. The corridors reek of cigarette smoke and the bathrooms fall short of expectations. The breakfast is commendable though. Staff especially at the reception do not properly save your room card each time you drop it and have to cut a new one when you request for it. This raises some concerns as to whether it could have been used by another person while you were out of your room. I however did not miss any item. The hotel is a reflection of the poor management of state owned resources by government . I would score it 4 out of 10
