First time in Ilorin i spent 2 days at Princess Luxury Hotel and I must say that for Ilorin its good enough standard wise. I have definitely seen better. Staff are always very willing to help. Swimming pool is lovely, meals are timely, club downstairs so you do not have to go anywhere else to enjoy nightlife

This luxury hotel offers services to customers. Rooms at affordable prices with nice settings. The hotel also offers splendid complementary breakfast. Staffs from reception to kitchen and others are very polite and friendly. Location of the hotel is strategic and easy to find on pipeline road. The compound is spacious with nice garden. It also has it own swimming pool which makes the environment very cool and cozy. I really really recommend.

Poor poor service and customer relations. We ended up having to move to another hotel after some members of our team brought down brimstone on the management. The generator did not work on that day and they kept lying about when it will be fixed.

Swimming pool is good and properly maintained. However, poolside music can be heard in adjacent rooms for a good part of the evening. Be mindful of this if you are sensitive to noise. Some rooms are well maintained, others not so much. Toilets were installed lower than normal and that makes taking a dump pretty weird. Bathroom fixtures are not well maintained especially for the luxury rooms. Breadfast was okay but it had few options and bread was weird. Hotel staff were friendly, respectful and responsive. Room service was fast and laundry was alright. Overall, it was a good experience at a reasonable discount.

Good hotel, v.good service, Pool area and bar well run 9/10. Food 7/10. Room 8/10. Cleanliness of room 5/10 (cleaners: do your job!). Staff - 10/10 excellent! As with many hotels, maintenance needs addressing....shower not fitted properly, blown light bulbs, wardrobe doors broken and so on. Overall would recommend - good value for money and would stay there again.

Hmmmm, this is a place that has received a lot of accolades and is still gathering more. They have state if the art facilities and is a very nice place to book events and live shows. I attended and occasion here and they graced us with a live band for hours. The rooms are always kept clean and the customer care is on point. . . .pst! pst!! Cold drinks.

Well, I Often go to their gym, and as far as am concerned their management is not doing a good job in terms of repairs and maintenance of the gym. No cleaning, equipments are outdated, and so on, but others like the pool, rooms, are top notch but the gym is nothing to write home about.
