Also you ability to mingle would earn you a good place with the residents.. They are quite an accommodating people. I enjoyed my stay there

Fantastic and serene estate in the outskirt of Akure Town. St. Williams Primary school is located here. There are various houses of worship from different dominations of the Christian faith like Church of the Healing Cross if the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion. Redeemed, CAC, Deeper Life Bible Church also have parishes in the estate
