This is a guest house within the school environment, so, there is security. They need to get a trained personnel for management purposes. They have a very poor customer service. No good generating set when there was no electricity in the night. The air conditioner was bad and was not working. This can serve better for an emergency option when there is no other available and can serve just for one night and you be on your way. They have wheelchair accessible parking lot.

It a cool place for overnight stays and on shor duration in Uniben. It located inside the campus. It is calm and quiet and 24hr power available. Its price range from 6000- 12500. It has a resturant and bar but with limited options to eat and drink.

Poor service., Poor facilities. Room AC wasnt working and they claimed the gen was faulty even after claiming to provide good light service. Staff probably need to undergo better training on customer service. Security is good tho as it is within a university premises. A good option for only a one night stay if you have to stop on a journey.

A guest house located inside the ugbowo campus of the university of Benin. Has existed for over 20years now and they try to maintain it by renovating at least every three years and painting. Affordable rms. Its a place one can stay if he or she came into town to do anything within the university of Benin environment. Security is also tight as it is located in the campus. No 24hours light but the gen is on from 6pm to 7am
