The hotel is very beautiful, well decorated with arts, an incredible pop ceiling, beautiful tiles and a fascinating water fountain. The security staffs are diligent and are as friendly as one can be professionally. However the front desk staffs are so absent, they seem ignorant as to anything going on in the hotel. The receptionists do not know what event is happening , and at what hall. I am looking forward to finding out how well kept the rooms are and the quality of the food. Until then I feel my experience was underwhelming

For a conference I participated in, the sound system was bad but the food was really good. The management needs to step up.

Looks nice from the outside and lobby in the daytime. But when it gets dark, the hotel is so dark inside I needed my mobile’s flashlight to see the stairs. They only have emergency lighting. Bathroom was filthy with no products and only one old, smelly towel. I was going to make myself some tea and found the kettle was on the floor of the room in a corner half full of water, with two cockroaches floating inside :( breakfast was very bad. No eggs, toast or fresh coffee, and the few pieces of fresh fruit were not ripe (white hard watermelon). There were only stews and hot dogs.

Hope to come back here sometime. But the I had a problem with the swimming pool. There was so much chlorine inside and the moment I try to see under water, my eyes hurt bad and so the everyone who came swimming that day , except those with Googles.

This hotel has one of the worst amenities I have ever seen!!!!!. The wifi doesnt work, there are no toiletries in the bathroom, the basics are missing; food menu, pamphlets, writing pad and pen etc.. I was shocked to learn that the fridge was set to "room temperature" like seriously!!!! Let me not bore you further with the none existing service. I am really surpised and beyond disgusted at the level of the serice in this hotel particularly as they are not a budget hotel.

Attend a twice a month literary meeting at sandralia hotel it is neat, with adequate security at the entrance restroom is clean and functional . the halls are always tidy. Spacious and well furnished .The only complaint I have is the seating at the hall is often left for us guest to arrange ourselves. Extreme traffic encountered leaving the hotel when hotel is hosting several events the entry card collection for exiting cars was slow and there was drivers fighting with the security guards for barring their exit.

The fittings in the hotel was done poorly with low quality materials, the toilets don’t flush properly, the place is damp especially the walkways. The railings on the staircase is shaky which makes it unsafe. They need to figure out a way to fix up the place.

Don’t judge this hotel by the lobby cos that’s probably the finest part of the hotel. Booked this hotel for a friend’s wedding and the toilets and bathtubs were leaking, the rooms had a funny smell, the AC was dropping water into the room and some of the rooms we checked into hadn’t even been cleaned for new guest. When we asked they changed the rooms the alternative they provided were even worse and it took several tries to finally get a decent room. They made my friend sad a night before her big day so stay here at your peril.

I was at an event in sandralia where we used the hall. The event concluded smoothly and the hotel staff were at hand to assist whenever we needed their help. The pool area is a good place to hand out and chill with friends after a long day at work. And I must say I really approve of the soothing.music that played through their ambient speakers.
