Infrastructures were really planed for this place, but the affordability is something to consider. Nice place if you can afford it. Proximity to the express is a good selling points here. Various kind of houses available too.

Its ok, well designed estate, but should not be called an estate, it should be called a district, over 3000 houses and lots of commercial buildings coming up, too many public facilities and churches. Security seems to be adequate but not all around coordinated. The uninformed guards are well behaved but the police men aint helpful.
