This hotel is a beautiful place to stay in. They have good front desk staffs and the security services are noticeable, it is fairly priced and have clean environment inside and outside. My regret is that the room facilities are not good enough. There is no information sheet in the room to tell for example what time is breakfast, lunch and dinner, only one towel is in the bathroom, there is no hair cream, no bath tub side towel etc. This can definitely be improved upon.

Worst experience. 1. I misplaced my room access card and paid N5,000 without being given a receipt of payment. 2. The air conditioning was bad and staffs keep telling me it was ok that I should manage it. 3. The toilet bowl was shakky and did not flush well until after 3 attempts. 4. Buffet dinner was warmed for so long it was dry and tasteless. 5. Male tall fair & short fair female Receptionist that were Ibo were unprofessional in their services and terribly rude. They practically stood by the entrance of the hotel and deprived me of leaving the hotel without paying for the lost room access card. 6. The lift never worked. Carried my luggage up and down the stairs throughout my stay in that hotel. I would never recommend my enemy to pass an hour there. The hotel should be shut down and properly revied by a governing body in charge of hospitality business.

We booked online almost a week earlier getting there the lady CSR began responding rashly, almost immediately new customers had same issues of no available space after booking days earlier. Management of the hotel should avoid online booking till they are learned enough for it.
