LOTACHI UGWUOWOEcho scan, now Echo Lab, has come a fairly long way and has gained the trust and confidence of Abuja residents, with their good diagnostic result delivery and expertise. However, they have some ways to go in customer and interpersonal relationships. They need to be able to prioritize patients who are real emergencies and make them as comfortable as possible, while appealing to the sensibilities of the waiting clientele. This should be looked into, urgently so. Thank you.

Abdul OareThe service here was disgusting and probably ranks among the worst I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a report to be printed after a scan. No communication whatsoever from the front desk. After complaining, I was told they cannot go to the back to check if the report is ready. The front desk staff were rude and terrible. Even when the report was brought, it was thrown on the counter after they called the name. I do not recommend going to this place, it is a terrible establishment. I’m writing this review days after going there and I still feel so bitter and disgusted by how they treat people who visit them. I definitely won’t be going back here.
