Broad St Public RelationsThe first issue was the fact that online at Hotels.ng they have pics from the Nordic Hotel(Former Blu Cabana) displaying as pics of the Nordic Hospitality Suites.
When I arrived I was annoyed the receptionist didn’t take cards and I had to go to the ATM.
The rooms are spacious but not decorated at all. I was shown the first room and decided to take a shower. The shower had a hole in the ground that had been sealed somehow with glue that made the floor of the shower very dirty looking. After taking a shower I almost feel becaus the hole in the floor caused leaking all over the bathroom and after a 15 min shower you can imagine how much water was on the ground. I was moved to another room that was equally big and Ill-decorated.
The WiFi nor the phone in the room worked.
The final straw that broke the camels back for me was when I tried to take yet another shower in my new room the following day, j realized the hot water wasn’t working. I had to now put on clothes and walk outdoors to the reception to complain. The receptionist followed back to the room and told us there was nothing they could do and that we would have to just “MANAGE”. After paying money I should have to manage???
Thr place has great potential and would have been ok with staying here again, as the location is great. However, the property lacks maintenance and the staff; customer service.
