It is a clean hotel. The conference room can occupy 200 participants. There are standard rooms at N15,000 and you can negotiate. The hotel is tax compliance therefore I recommend the hotel for everyone. Foreigners do admirer the hotel often. They have professional attendants. Parking space is limited (50 and above)

Good place for holding conference or meeting. It has a conference Hall, large enough to contain 100 to 150 participants. The rooms are classic too. The fee is still averagely okay, but may be expensive for some budget. We had our meeting in the conference Hall. Good parking space too.

It’s located in the heart of Utako, about two minutes drive from Utako market. The hotel is probably less than one star when put on a global standard because of its facilities. It has a gym, pool, restaurant, salon and laundry. The pool area has a bar lounge. The pool also has both deep and shallow side making it children friendly. The have up to three event halls than can take a capacity of up to 300 each. The Hall is well ventilated in terms of windows and has about ten air conditioners. The rooms are convenient and well furnished.

Other electrical connections in the rooms are unsafely attached to the wall. The towels are not in good hygienic state. The food is too expensive for a place like that.

Only went to the pool side and it was fun. The pool is clean and the lifeguard was on hand through out our stay. He even spent time training the kids for a bit. There were floaters so the kids had serious fun. Theres a bar closeby and you can get snacks and drinks. A lovely place. Will definitely be visiting again

The stay here was unpleasant. Ranging from the food to the room service. They have a terrible chef who not only spend hours to cook the food but the food taste awful. The sheets and towels are brown, the bathroom looks like something they never wash. I was traumatized staying here. PS: if you have any kind of allergy never come here.
